Novak Djokovic took to his Instagram to share the process of learning the new martial art called Capoeira. It is a Brazilian martial art that includes acrobatics and complex maneuvers, like inverted kicks.

In the video, Djokovic did a cartwheel with his coach’s assistance. Furthermore, he also did some inverted kicks. He stated, “Capoeira training with @mestrepulmao”.

Mestre Pulmao is a Capoeira martial art trainer and Djokovic is innovatively maintaining his fitness by learning from him. The player never misses out on his training and has now found a unique method to be in top shape.

Djokovic is training for the US Open 2022. However, his participation hasn’t been confirmed yet because of his vaccination status.
